Milo Ventimiglia , he plays Peter Petrelli , the protaganist of the show. He has the ability to "absorb" other people's abilities , without harming the person.

Some unknown women, or a hero with too much makeup on.

Masi Oka, plays Hiro Nakamura , a righteous Japanese guy with the ability to bend the space-time continuim. He can stop time and teleport.

Zachary Quinto, plays Sylar or Gabriel Gray , has the ability to understand how things work. He is the antagonist of the first 2 seasons , possessing a hunger that drives him to kill several heroes in order to gain their powers. In season 3 he becomes one of the protaganist who helps his biological brother Peter Petrelli.

Hayden Panettiere, plays Claire Bennett , a 17 year old cheerleader who has the ability to regenerate, thus possessing immortality.

Kristen Bell, my all time favourite Elle Bishop. Able to generate electricity.
